In 2016, Far East Development
was born from this unique heritage.
We made a conscious decision to enter the property market not as a volume player, but as a boutique developer. Why? Because we believe that true, lasting quality (the kind that genuinely elevates how people live), requires focused, almost obsessive, attention.

Our Milestones
Our journey began as Far East Offset & Engraving Sdn Bhd, a family-run business renowned for high-quality offset and digital printing, both locally and internationally.
The construction of the MRT Putrajaya Line divided our land, prompting us to relocate our printing operations. What seemed as a challenge soon revealed itself as an opportunity.
On 15 November 2016, we founded Far East Kuchai Development Sdn Bhd, marking our entry into property development. Guided by seasoned professionals, we focus on creating thoughtful, user-centric spaces rooted in local insight.
Plans for our first development to build two residential towers took shape as we partnered with leading architects and planners, uniting innovation and efficiency to deliver homes of lasting quality.
We completed our debut project, Residensi Far East, a fully sold-out tower that marks our proud arrival in the real estate industry.
Building on our initial success, we began planning the second residential tower, set to launch in 2025.
